Each year we offer spring and fall quilting retreats. Join us for fabric, friends, and food!

We're pleased to announce the dates for our spring retreat: April 30-May 3, 2026. We will be returning to the Eagle River Inn & Resort in Eagle River, WI! 

Registration for our spring retreat is closed. If you’d like to be added to the waiting list, please call us at the shop. 

Final payments for the retreat are due April 1st. Cash or check preferred. Checks should be made out to Portage Quilt House.
